The City is soliciting proposals from individuals, community organizations, and private businesses that have interest in operating food and drink concessions at Horseshoe Lake Park. Permits will be awarded during 2025 on a single year basis. The concession operation dates and hours will be proposed by the Concessionaire, with the desired operation from May 21st through November 30th, 2025. Hours of operation will be within Horseshoe Lake Park hours of operation.
The City of Woodland (“City”) is committed to providing a high level of customer service and generating maximum revenue through concession activities. The City is requesting proposals for the furnishing of all staffing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide three (3) vendors for food and/or drinks (Alcoholic beverages prohibited in all city parks) and one to two (1-2) vendors for recreational equipment use, all of which are in mobile “self-contained” concession/equipment rental units at the open field of Horseshoe Lake Park.
