Pay your Utility Bill

• Pay online by clicking here.
• Mail in your payment to Po Box 9 Woodland WA, 98674
• Drop your payment off in our office, which is located at 230 Davidson Avenue Woodland, WA 98674
• Drop off your payment in our drop box located in the parking lot on 2nd Street and Davidson Avenue

Utility bills are posted to accounts between the 22nd through the 25th of each month. Utility bills are due on the 15th of the following month.

Past due notices are mailed the day after the bill is due. A 10% late fee or a $20 minimum fee (which ever is higher) will be accrued on all unpaid accounts after the due date. 

Shut off notices are mailed out on the 21st of the month that bill is due for all delinquent accounts and a $75 shut off fee will be applied. The account will need to be paid in full before water service is reconnected.
