City of Woodland provides customers with water, sewer, recycling, and garbage services for residents and businesses that are within the city limits. If you have questions about any of these services, please call City of Woodland City Hall. 

 

New to Woodland? Set-up an Account

Tenants - Please call 1-888-674-0085 before filling out an application. 

Residential Owners - To set-up a new utility account, please fill out the new resident application by clicking on the link. 

Commercial Owners - To set-up a new utility account, please fill out the new commercial application by clicking on the link. A utility deposit will apply. 

Government Agency Owners - To set-up a new utility account, please fill out the new government agency application by clicking on the link. A utility deposit will apply.

 

Garbage and Recycling

Waste Control App Flyer - Waste Control now has a mobile app where you can report missed pickups and damages to your container. You can also see your scheduled pickup day. For more information, visit the app store and search for "WasteConnect".
