On October 20th, 2025, the City of Woodland City Council started discussion on the 2026 budget. The city is a cash basis entity that adopts a budget annually (January 1st - December 31st). Below are all the documents shared during City Council meetings, as well as the links to the council meetings agendas and minutes. City Council must adopted a budget by December 31st, 2025. If City Council does not adopt a budget by December 31st, 2025, the city cannot operate in 2026 until a budget is adopted. The community is encourage to give comments during our meetings and ask questions.
