Description
Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue is proposing an expansion of Fire Station #29 in Woodland. The expansion includes additional equipment bays, storage, offices, and crew quarters.
The project will require SEPA review, a site plan, and a Conditional Use Permit because the site will exceed the lot coverage standard.
The hearing before the Hearing Examiner was held on May 6th, 2026 and the Examiner issued his Final Order approving the project. The appeal period runs for 2 weeks from the May 8th, 2026 approval.
