Critical Area Permit for mitigation of grading impacts.
Applicant's project description: The letter and attachment details propose restoration site measures and actions including erosion control, grading, and revegetation necessary to repair previous un-permitted land clearing and grading on the above-reference parcels. No in-water work is proposed as all work will only occur in uplands including areas that provide buffers to critical area wetlands and streams. A total of 1.88 acres if erosion control and hazardous slope restoration, 1.54 acres of riparian restoration, and 2.70 acres of wetland restoration is proposed to correct unpermitted actions.
