Site plan for three properties. (See also WLD-2026-007 for the Zone Change request.)
The application discusses four sites, but the northern most property is zoned commercial and is not part of the zone change which is contingent on this site plan. The site plan is binding for the zone change and failure to complete the site plan within 3 years can endanger the zone change. However, it must be recognized that the site plans are distinct applications and could be approved with the existing light industrial zoning. Therefore, the site plans can still be binding, even if the zone change is denied.
Per code, the site plan decision will be issued by staff as a separate application independent of the zone change process.
