Description

The applicant proposes a zoning map amendment on approximately 24 acres within the City of Woodland. The site is comprised of Lots 5 and 6 (parcels 507870112 and 507870113) from the Woodland Corporate Center Expansion Binding Site Plan (Bk 001, Pg 075 of Site Plans), as well as Lot 2 (parcel 507890101) of the Johnson Short Plat (Bk 10, Pg 44 of Short Plats). 

The parcels are currently zoned I-1 (Light Industrial). The applicant requests a rezone to I-2 (Heavy Industrial) to allow development on site to utilize the railroad adjacent to the site in the future, as well as permit the proposed transfer station on parcel 507890101.
