Description
A 3-lot commercial short plat and site plan review are proposed. The taphouse and majority of the project will be constructed with phase I. Phases II and III will add future 1,600 sf commercial buildings and some additional parking. A 2,400 sq. ft. taphouse is proposed with phase I. Phase II and III are future additional 1,600 sf commercial buildings. Phase I will also construct two silo seating areas, three food pods based on containers a covered seating area and small amphitheater with terraced seating.
The site is functionally isolated on the east side of Lewis River Road (SR-503) while the Lewis River is on the East Side of the road. The site is in reach W-09 of the Lewis River and is designated as High Intensity. Zoning is Highway Commercial.
