Description
The primary use of the site will be for a Wendy's restaurant, which will provide quick-service dining options including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant will offer indoor seating and drive-thru service. The Wendy's restaurant structure will be a single-story, approximately 2,586 square-foot building, designed with Wendy's current branding and architectural guidelines. The structure will include a dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and storage areas. The drive-thru will include an order station and pick-up window, along with landscaping and lighting to improve the safety and aesthetics of the site.
The applicant will also be combining lots to make this a single lot through the Boundary Line Adjustment process. (Approval attached below.)
