Description
The proposal is to divide one lot into three lots in the LDR-6 zoning district.
The applicant proposes dividing a .49 acre residential lot into three separate lots for further development. The applicant has designed the lots to allow for placement of Accessory Dwelling Units.
The applicant is requesting a variance for lot width to accommodate the existing house. Proposed Lot 3 will be 49.21 feet wide which is an 18% variance from the 60-foot lot width.
NOTE: A revised decision was issued due to a change in the numbering of the conditions. No substantive changes resulted.
