This document captures the planning and analysis services for the adaptive reuse of the former fire station located at 100 Davidson Avenue in Woodland, WA.
The report provides the Overall Strategy, Project Options (including multiple building re-use scenarios), and an Existing Conditions Report providing a high-level assessment of the building’s current state to inform necessary improvements, with a focus on code compliance, building systems, and accessibility; are all included.
Analysis is based on visual, non-destructive observations and is intended to inform further detailed analysis, design, and decision-making in the evaluation of Building and Site Scenarios
