Description

Rose Way Industrial Park is Port of Woodland project to build six (6) new buildings ranging in size from 15,000 to 25,000 square feet. The project includes construction of Rose Way along the western property line, along with water and sewer mains within Rose Way.

Status Updates

Preliminary approval of the site plan was issued December 28th, 2018. Final engineering plans have been approved and Rose Way has been constructed.  The applicant is seeking building permit approval and construction on the buildings is expected to start in 2023.
