Horseshoe Lake Park

Horseshoe Lake Park

This 6.5 acre park is located on the north bank of Horseshoe Lake. Horseshoe Lake Park is the largest developed city park in Woodland. It is used for community events such as Planter's Days, Farmer's Market, and the annual Fish Derby and Easter Egg Hunt, hosted by the Moose Lodge.

Facilities include a covered picnic area which can be rented, gazebo, covered "clogger's" pad, open lawn space for field games, playgrounds, parking facilities, restrooms and is the home to the Rolling Freedom Skate Park. Hoffmann Memorial Plaza is adjacent to the park.

Horseshoe Lake is a "no wake" lake and is open for swimming (no lifeguard on duty), fishing, canoeing, and kayaking.

Rolling Freedom Skate Park

Rolling Freedom Skate Park

The Rolling Freedom Skate Park was completed in 2007 through the efforts of the Woodland Rotary Club and many volunteers.  The park is located at the east end of Horseshoe Lake Park and it attracts not only the skaters from Woodland, but brings in skaters from all over Washington and Oregon.

Hoffmann Park

Hoffmann Park

This .75 acre park is located in the 700 block of Park Street, next door to the library, and across the street from the Woodland High School.

Hoffmann Park contains the Woodland Community Center, playground equipment, landscaping, and open play areas. The Community Center is available for rent.

Kenneth Bjur Memorial Park

Kenneth Bjur Memorial Park

This small park, which offers a grassy area and playground equipment, is located in the residential district, on the northeast side of Woodland, at the intersection of Spruce and Madrona Avenues.

Eagle Park

Eagle Park

Having opened in 2002, Eagle Park is Woodland’s newest park, and offers playground equipment, picnic tables and benches.  The park is located at 1844 Willow Street, within the River Bend Estates subdivision.

Hilltop Park Land

In 2011, the City of Woodland purchased approximately 40 acres of land on the top of Scott Hill.  This land has been designated for use as a sports complex.  The city is currently working with the Woodland Rotary on fundraising and development ideas.  A Fall Festival is being planned in September to support the development of this park.
