Customers may sign up for new water, sewer, recycling and garbage service, obtain account information, or have their service discontinued in the Clerk-Treasurer's Office at the City of Woodland Annex.
To make payment arrangements on past due bills, please contact our Utilities Clerk at 360-225-8281, ext 116 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

New Residential Customers
To set-up a utilities account in your name, the following must be received by the City:
Completed Utility Services Application
$175 deposit (deposit can be refunded or credited to your current bill by request after one year if your account is in good standing)
The application can be obtained in person at the City Hall Annex or downloaded &/or completed in the Documents Center.
