Utilities

Customers may sign up for new water, sewer, recycling and garbage service, obtain account information, or have their service discontinued in the Clerk-Treasurer's Office at the City of Woodland Annex.

To make payment arrangements on past due bills, please contact our Utilities Clerk at 360-225-8281, ext 116.

Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

We are located at 230 Davidson, Woodland, WA.

New Residential Customers

To set-up a utilities account in your name, the following must be received by the City:

• Completed Utility Services Application
• $175 deposit (deposit can be refunded or credited to your current bill by request after one year if your account is in good standing)
• The application can be obtained in person at the City Hall Annex or downloaded in the Forms, Maps and Documents tab.
