In a continuing effort to evaluate and critique our service to the citizens we serve, the Woodland Police Department has developed a "Citizen Feedback" form.

Many times, what we, as the police, can or cannot do is limited or directed by law. Sometimes decisions by others reflect on us (i.e., a prosecuting attorney not filing charges). Nevertheless, our goal is to provide the best customer service we can.

To help us achieve that goal, we are asking you, "our customers" to let us know how we're doing. The Citizen Feedback Form is a short, quick, method for you to vie us this information.

If you can, please take the time to complete the survey. Feel free to use the comment section at the bottom to address anything not covered in the standardized questions.

Please be sure to enter the type of call (why you called us) and your name and the date of the call. This insures we can backtrack your comments to a particular call for service.

The survey can be completed online and will be automatically sent to me.
