The City of Woodland rents three facilities; the Horseshoe Lake Covered Area, the Community Center, and Council Chambers in the upstairs of City Hall. Details and a picture of each facility are shown below. Please see a copy of the City's Facilities Rental and Use Agreement (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form) for rental details. If you are interested in reserving a facility please contact the Clerk/Treasurer's office at (360) 225-8281 or stop by the City Hall Annex at 230 Davidson Avenue. |

Horseshoe Lake Covered Area The covered area is surrounded by trees and landscaping. It has a view of the lake and is close to the playground equipment. It is perfect for family and community events, such as weddings, reunions, and Planter's Days. The covered area has electricity, a sink with running water, and a fireplace. For park details please see our Parks and Recreation page. Reservations must be made in advance, space fills quickly during the summer months. Woodland Community Center The Community Center is located within Hoffman Park (see Parks and Recreation for details) at 782 Park Street. The building includes a stocked kitchen complete with refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. Tables and chairs are provided for your convenience. A handicapped accessible restroom is available. Maximum occupancy is 98 persons. Reservations should be made in advance to insure availability. Please see the Facility Rental and Use Agreement for a fee schedule and rules. The center is also available for regularly scheduled meetings. Please contact Cindy at the City Hall Annex (360) 225-8281 for further details. |

City Hall Council Chambers The Council Chambers is located on the 2nd floor of the Woodland City Hall at 100 Davidson Avenue. Handicap access is available. Maximum occupancy is 98 persons. Reservations should be made in advance to insure availability. Please see the Facility Rental and Use Agreement for a fee schedule and rules. |
