Public comment period – The City Council encourages citizens to make comments during the time designated on the agenda.  This is an opportunity for citizens to express their thoughts and opinions on topics that are of a general nature and also for items that are on the agenda.

·        Please sign in on the sheet provided.

·        State your name and address / What is your topic?

·        If you have a handout, please make sure the clerk gets a copy.

·        Comments should be made to council as a whole.

·        Normally, time for each person to comment is limited to five minutes, although the council reserves the right to reduce this time if there are a large number of people who wish to speak.

·        Please do not expect a response if you ask a question during the meeting.  We encourage citizens to arrive early, or stay afterwards, to talk with council members or ask questions.  Please feel free to submit questions in writing but leave your phone number or email address so we can get back to you.
